| Yup, lexan will work too. You can get florescent colors in Plexiglas and use a white florescent light and WOW looks like neon. Hehe....nothing like a naked chick on your desk for all to see...lol

| 60 or 90 deg V bit with a sharp point works best so far. Have done it with a dull bit but didn't look good. Not enough detail. As for Lexan or Polycarb. No It gumms up to much. If someone has done it in Lexan I would love to see it and learn how you did it. Attached is another one I did in red acrylic. Donny |

| beautiful work!! I'm impressed! You said you're using mach 2 to run your machine. I'm curious what software you are using to make the program with? Is it meshcam, deskart, imagecarve? I'll have to find a piece it acrylic and try it. I tried plexiglass but it gets a little gummy. |
