What is this? Linear bearing?

Does anyone know what this is? And how it is called. And where I can buy these?

Looks like a 2 bolt flange bearing.

This particular one has 5/16 ID. Do you know where I could buy these in other sizes (bigger)? I like the design. It has two inserts. One in the front, another in back. The middle area is designed to hold the grease.

I checked internet stores. So far I have seen single piece plactic pieces only.

Search for PVC,UHMW or Plastic bearings? I've not seen ones like that before. OR.. you could just get a standard 2 hole, flange mnt, Pillow Block bearing.. they come in ALL sizes.. and can be aquired from just about anywhere..
