Any one know of any suppliers for floating egraving spindles? I would also appreciate advice on whether to go for a collet system or top loading system or even a dual system. Small metric endmills are probably easily availible in my country. For the odd endmill type job. So Id ideally like to go for a collet type system where I could use more easily (from the US) availible imperial engraver bits as well as small metric endmills. I really dont know. Any advice is better than none! Thanks |

| Hi Jason, Thanks for the response, I have checked out that web site before, however they ony seem to carry the one type of floating spindle. It's the type that fits into an existing larger collet type spindle. Have you got experience with this type? I had the stand alone emgraving type spindle in mind. The one which is belt driven from a separate mator/spindle. Cheers Daryn |
