I aquired some free steppers, the info on the label is as follows: Crouzet Servo 82.972.011 Resistance: 2.6 ohms Step: 1.8 degrees P: 14,5w Can anyone give me any info on decoding this? Thanks for the help. |

And yes I believe they are either nema23 or possibly nema17. I haven't measured to be sure. They are four wire motors as well |

| You snuck in while I was typing. ![]() Then their Bipolar. I'd go with Geckos and hit them with 10X (60V) or more If I wanted to use them. But if their NEMA23s they may not suit your needs. If their NEMA17's I wouldn't count on machineing aluminum with them. NEMA23s are abt 2 1/4" round (square or octal) NEMA17s are abt 1 5/8" square typically. mike |

This machine will be mostly wood work and possibly some vinyl cutting if I can figure it out. I think that would be cool because my friend paints cars and some flame stencils would be awesome! |
