Buy me a Beer?

ya i did it on my homemade table , the software is image to g code demo , it is a wicked little piece of software the pictures don t quite do it justice , that is a tough picture to throw at it , but it rendered it quite well , i think that i m going to have to buy that software out of all the demo s i ve looked at this is by far the easiest and works really well , i d recommend it to any one, the carving is 12'' x 8.5'' at .15 deep

Buy me a Beer?

1/4'' spot drill with a .02 step over .01 step over would have been perfect but too much time to cut at that

Buy me a Beer?

here are some pics , the table is 24 x 48 i need to build some solid motor mounts ,these ones are temp , the motors are vexta nema 34 285 oz motors , connected to 3/4- 6 acme lead screws , driver is a fet3 , i bought a 24 - 28v power one power supply from ebay , at this point of time it rapids at 80- 100ipm but i keep it at 60 and cut at 50 to avoid any trouble , i need to correct a past post i made because at some point i had put it to half steps so the software was showing 160 ipm (i thought something didnt seem right)
but even at 60 ipm contented ,well for now

Yup, and some of us old metalheads go bald...

Great job! I can't wait to make mine. I'm in the parts aquiring phase right now. Gonna start on the torsion box this week.

There are just so many cool things to do with these routers!
