Ive got a lot of parts here, ready to make my aluminum gantry router. Will be using .5" plate all the way around, linear rails, Nema 34's. It should be a great machine, but the weight is really coming fast! This gantry needs to have 24" of travel, and that it does. So my question is, How much does your gantry weigh in at? I would just like to know to compare |

| Mine weighs about 75 lbs. 40" beam with 30-31 inches of travel. That's complete, with Z-axis and router mounted.
