| Try here http://www.rockler.com and type "t-track" into their search. They have the track and all the parts and pieces to go with it.

| Not sure what you are looking for but here is a cheaper version of the Rockler version that uses standard 1/4” bolts. I have not tried it, but it looks like you need an open side access to insert the bolts and is limited to 36” (but seems like you could cascade them). Not bad for the price if you buy four. http://www.hartvilletool.com/product/11036 Steve |

| Another possibility would be to get a router bit that cuts T-slots. You could put it in a normal hand-held router, or if the head on your CNC router goes low enough, use that, and just cut the slots directly in the (hopefully replaceable) top surface of your table. Use this: http://www.rockler.com/product.cfm?page=1572 |

| I use 6 x 1/4" wood screws in the 3/4" MDF. I use 3/4" screws in the 1.5" table tops. They have nice grooves that would make a good epoxy glue bond. I'll screw and glue them into the machine I'm making. Sure wish I could find a wholesale source for these.

In the land downunder Capral Aluminium sell a product called sail-track which is an alluminium extrusion (used on gunwhales to hold pulleys and things for rigging sails I'm not a Yatchie). Any way is is an ideal size for a cuphead 1/4" bolt the square bits on the shaft stop the bolt from turning. It is less than $A10.00 per 4.00 m length (about 13 feet). Real good value. Maybe alluminium wholesalers have a similar product in the States.
