Hi guys I've read here in the past someone said that 23 steppers of the same oz/in compared to 34's have a higher RPM, Does anyone know if this is correct and if so any estimates on how much higher it would be, I have nema 34 150 oz/in driving @24v with hobby cnc board and am getting 170 rpm on rapids without any hangs bump it up to 200 and it will occasionally hang. is this average does anyone have a similar setup or one using 23 steppers and 24 volts. curious to know what others are getting. Ray

| I can get 400 RPM with load with my 80oz NEMA23 4v 1.1a Vexta steppers at 24v, Never tried them without a load. What's the Volt/amp areating of your motors. A 4v/1A/80oz motor will spin faster @ 24v than a 12v/1A/80oz @24v at peak torque.
