Anyone else place an order recently? I placed one on October 3 and it still hasn't shipped. I emailed them asking for information but have heard no response. Starting to get worried. I ordered the Power Transfer, CNCRouterParts.com, Fastener Parts Bundles, a 3 axis electronics kit and some limit switches.

Use the search feature of this forum. There are several threads about communication and delivery aspects of dealing with FLA.
There are also many people that seem to think it's all worth it. If it makes you feel better there are several other larger organization selling to this market segment that are in the same league.
It's very frustrating.

He does this work as a side job is what I have heard I ordered from him over 3 weeks ago same thing no e mail reply's...

Even if its just a side job to him, it's still a business and we are still customers who paid hard earned money. If there are going to be significant lead times with orders, the customers should be made aware of this.

I agree I ordered a complete kit, electronics software well over $2000.00 I will e mail Nate again and see if he gives a answer I check my account daily and it says the same Order-Paid-To Ship I will keep you posted..

I hate to be the rearer of bad news, but you guys aren't the first ones to have these problems from FLA. I've seen the same kind of questions posted numerous times.

I sent two email inquiries around the end of August. After a couple weeks of no response I decided to go with a Joe's kit instead and I'm glad I did as I still have yet to get a response. Meanwhile my Joe's build is halfway done.

I was in the same boat a month or so ago. The package finally made it but I was upset with the lack of communication, time it took to ship, and poor packaging it came in.

It took 7 business days for him to get it in the mail for me. 11 normal days. I was worried. I emailed, PM'ed, and tried to contact him here. Nothing worked. After he shipped it, he sent me an email that I cut and pasted to that blog post below.

My order was only $500 and I was freaking out. I cant imagine anything more than that. We need to get together and find a way to get an alternate seller that actually cares about his business rather than someone who's too busy to even give the buyer an update in a timely manner let alone ship in a reasonable time frame.

This is the same story I ordered the Complete 2'x3' Router Kit,Mach3,the Gecko G540 3 axis, parallel port cable, limit switches $2432.47.
I ordered on 09/30/11 and sent 4 e mails with out a answer Nate was quick to answer my questions before I ordered from him now nothing. I am about to request a refund and go some where else...
