Having trouble figuring out the most economic method for building the top of the BlackFoot table...it needs to be 2 layers of 10' x 52" x 3/4 birch ply or MDF (haven't decided on material yet...leaning towards birch ply.) with a sandwich of 2x4 slotted together to form the torsion box. My issue is with how to build the ply...since ply is 4x8, I really don't want to have to cut three panels from three separate sheets on the bottom. |
