I'm doing my research to make my first CNC. I know that once I have a CNC that I'll be able to create nice PCBs. Until then, I'll be limited - having never made a PCB before. I seen at least one open source breakout board PCB plan, but figure that there are others. I figure that to get started I'll make the breakout board PCB as a breadboard just to get started. With that in mind, and considering the world of infinite variations on circuitry...would anyone recommend a simple, basic PCB design suitable for easy breadboarding that would serve as a good-enough controller to get me started to make a better PCB with my CNC? Any ideas would be appreciated |

| I use StripBoard for one-offs, I have found it the best of the prototype boards. Prototyping Boards Middle of the page. Trouble is finding it as Vero seems to have stopped making it. You may want to check out the ULN2803 for outputs from the P.P. It will control up to 60vdc outputs. http://www.armory.com/~rstevew/Publi...rs/ULN2803.gif Al.
