Current status of my machine

Here are a few pics of my machine. I began construction 3 years ago, completing it to basic operation in March of this year. Since March I have added a 2 horse power dust collection system that starts with the spindle, a 2 zone vac hold down system powered by a central vac motor (stole from shopbot folks, works super for sheet metal, crappy for plywood) and a bit cooling system that also starts with Mach. I purpose built my machine to cut sheet aluminum and so far I have been totally satisfied with its performance. After some trial and error with tools, speeds and feeds and cooling I have gotten to the place where I wanted to. Thanks to all who contribute to this forum, I could have never completed without your invaluable help. Now, I try to contribute when I can with the little knowledge that I have to help those just getting started.

Pretty cool! But where are teh full shots! Nice logo too; I'vev been hesitant to make one for mine, preferring the generic "import" look....

Sorry I got lost in the details, here is a full size shot. The machine has a cut path of X 49.5" Y49.5 and Z5" If I had the space I would have built it for a full 4'X8' sheet but my shop is really getting full.
