MyCNC Build

This is the link address to my original machine design, which I had posted on the Machsupport website: My CNC build
It has been awhile, since I have visited either ArtSoft USA - Home of Mach3 and LazyCam
OR CNCzone.com-Machinist Community Forums - Welcome Page forums, and I could not recall WHICH website I had posted this onto, until I browsed thru some old email notifications to find it.
It is important to note, that the original machine no longer exists. As there have been so many design modifications made to it, that it has since evolved into a completely different machine! However, since folks on the CNCZone website forums have requested pictures of my machine (for clarification on some of my descriptions) I decided to upload the file here as well. (See the attached MyCNCoriginal.pdf)

The latest iteration of MyCNC build, is much larger in terms of travel on each of the original 3 axis, and the addition of a 4th axis feature. The driver board, power supply, motors, and X-axis rails have also been completely redesigned, or replaced. A Spindle Lock feature, vacuum shoe, and other improvements have also been added to the machine. Which is why I said here, that the original build (as featured in the MyCNCoriginal.PDF file) no longer exists.

Copyright agreement prevents me from sharing the PDF file for my machine in it's current state, as it features the design drawings for the Spindle Lock which was published in the Winter Issue of Digital Machinist Magazine. Since my machine has grown into a substantial investment, I have been constantly editing the original MyCNC.PDF file as each design change, or feature has been added. With the thought that I may someday decide to sell the machine, the document has become an "Owner's Manual" of sorts.

I suppose, that I could edit the document (and delete all references, and drawings of the Spindle Lock) to comply with the Copyright agreement with Digital Machinist Magazine and post it here. But that will have to happen at a later date, as I simply do not have the time to do that right now.
