Parts for THK bearing blocks.

Does anyone know if parts are available to repair THK bearing blocks? There must be kits that are specific to the part...

I'm not sure how many of you have taken apart a THK LM System Block so I will post some pictures of an HSR25LA stripped down. The LA versions have the same bolt pattern as the normal A version but the L stands for a longer block. I was able to repair the blocks I have using parts from other HSR25CR blocks specifically replacing the End_Caps.
I do not know the technical name for each part.

I just want ask if anyone knows how the preload works on these blocks please fill me in.
Two of the HSR25LA blocks are marked Y7Y20 the other is marked G9A16. The markings on the two HSR25CR blocka are 3I397.
The two LA blocks marked Y7Y20 move very smoothly on the rail (very little preload) however the G9A16 block was quite difficult to move on the rail even though the bearings moved smoothly in their tracks. I would say this one had quite a bit of preload. I took the bearing out of the G9A16 and measured the balls @ 4.78mm in diameter the balls in the CR blocks are 4.75mm dia. I replaced the 4.78mm balls with the 4.75mm balls and this bearing block now moves with much less force.
Does anyone know if the end-caps are universal(pic 4 & 5 above)? On both the LA and CR blocks the end-caps are marked HSR25X or HSR25XE. I took the dust seal off a brand new HSR25B block and the end-cap is marked HSR24XE.
What other parts on these blocks are common between the models?
What grease should I be using to lub these blocks?
