Is a Porter Cable 6902 Router worth buying, local Sears has one on sale for $69.99. This would be for my JGRO & Data-Cut machines.

| Variable speed would be preferable, but it's a good router. They go for $140+, btw.

| I didn't mean to imply you should pass on it. You can always buy a $20 speed control to use with it. For $70 I'd buy it.

| Oh, didn't take it that way ger21. Thanks for the advice though, what is the router of choice? I just ordered the parts from Joe to build the Jgro, Yes I am cheating, :-) And continue to work on my data cut router as well. This one is gonna take a while.

| If you want something that size, any of the VS models from PC (892), Bosch or Makita is what I would go with. I bought the PC because I already have a few. If you want something bigger, then the PC 7518. It's probably too big for the JGRO, though.
