hi, I did differents testswith my new home made cnc and I found no problem cutting light ply with the tool 650 which is a 3.2mm strait router bit. cutting with the engraving cutter 0.8mm and 1.6mm is working but not very nicely and not at all with carbon fiber. the 3.2mm high speed cutter 194 was ok to cut wood, but burning it little bit and it got fuked in the carbon fiber. 1) is the tool 561 the best one for a router? which tool and parameters for carbon fiber cutting? 2) Which tools and speeds and feed rates are you using for you routers? 3) any place to buy online some real milling machine bits (small diameters)? thanks, |
