Hi, Anybody ever tried to paint HDPE? I find it little challenging to get paint to adhere to HDPE. I tried different spray paint but the result is unsatisfactory. Is there any technic...?

| It is pretty much impossible to get anything to adhere to HDPE. There are techniques which involve etching the surface with strong acids to provide a 'key' for a coating or glue to stick but that is not something you do at home.

| Although unbelievable it is true. I have seen it done in a commercial setting and then tried it on my dirtbikes plastic fenders. |
