I have a romaxx hs-1 it has an internal control box, but also has a receptacle on the front that turns the router on and off using mach3, it is rated for 7 amps. I currently use a bosch colt but am upgrading to a pc690 rated at 11 amps. I need to build a box that I can plug the router and vac into to turn them on and off, that will plug into the receptacle in the front of the machine to turn it on and off but piggy back off another power source. Any idea how to do this or where I should start |

| One easy way would be to use a 20 A or 25 A solid state relay. They are typically available for around $10. All the ones I have want about a 3 volt to 32 volt input to turn it on, but there are other types as well. A cheap wall-wart plugged into the existing receptacle would be a super easy way to trigger the relay. Tom |
