I just finished a fine line automation build and i was doing an archtop guitar today and notice that when I have two axises interpolationg that the movement is very jerky and causes vibrations. is there an adjustment in mach3 or on the g540 that will fix this?

No, but turn of all the CV options, both on the settings page and in general config, and see if that helps.
