| What version of Mach are you using? It runs fine here. The only thing I noticed is that Mach3 doesn't support G8 (whatever that is?), but it seems to just ignore it.

| Try changing the IJ mode In general Config. It probably needs to be incremental.

| I use Mastercam X3 and ran into similar problems. I needed to remove the o0000 at the beginning. Also, the G8 needs to be removed in lines N102 and N2878. I don't remember if that sets the motion to incremental or absolute, but it causes your machine to stop after each line. You can change it in the General Config screen, but the G8 instruction will always switch it back. I usually just delete most of the final instructions in the code, except maybe the last 2 lines, and write my own homing and final instruction codes. The homing instructions from Mastercam sometimes sends my spindle in unanticipated directions. |
