Hello, I have a newly built cnc machine, it all works fine, but when you bring the machine to a stop the motors vibrate heavily shaking the ballscrew and making one hell of a racket. It stops if you jog the machine a few mm. What could this be? They're nema 23's 270 oz by the way running on mach 3. Gaz. |

| Hi Gaz, If you haven't already double check all connections at both motor and driver ends. Check for stray strands of wire shorting against other pins. If you using single PSU dont daisy chain the power from one drive to the next, take single lead to each drive. Are you using correctly grounded shielded cable.? |
