Hello (please don't move thread) I just finished building a 4 axis foam cutter. I am getting when I cut out 4 boards out of a block of foam I am getting a strange pattern. one half of the pattern appears to be slightly off. Attached is an exagerated pic of the cut pattern and one half of the machine. The cut is going from left to right and cutting out the center first and then returning on the outside. The pattern also appears the same on both sides of the foam block. This leads me to believe it is an issue with both sides of the machine. |
