Yes, assuming you just want a strait ball end they are call ball end mills.

Here is a 1/32" size one
shars.com - Solid Carbide End Mill 132 4 Flute Uncoated DE Stub Ball

I know shars stocks them down to 0.010" and up to figgen huge (1")

Ball end mills are common so your favorite supplier should stock them as well. (just happened to have a shars catalog handy to look one up in)

Or are you looking for a V bit with a rounded nose vs a point or flush tip? (start as diameter A tapers down at angle x to diameter B then the tip is rounded instead of a taper to 0 / cut flush)

Not so sure about those best to ask the PCB folks.

thanks for the reply, I have several ball end mills but what I'm inquiring about are V-Bits with a rounded point. I searched for them but didn't find what I'm looking for. My reason is that I have some designs that require both a V-Bit and a 1/16" ball end to achieve the results I want. So a V-Bit with a ball end would work great, tapered sides with smooth finish and would be stronger than a straight shank 1/16" ball end.

I have a decent assortment of endmills for machining and for CNC router work, also a set specifically for PCB milling but nothing like I have described here.

Closest thing I can think of is a Tapered ball nose or the custom 30deg ball end that Beckwith Decor sells, check it out here BDP - Cutters

BDP 0,1 and 5

BDP5 is probably what you want. scroll down for the picture.

Check out this page. Scroll until you see the bits. Check the bit number carefully.

Ball end V bit

Try Harvey Tool Runner Cutters. They have them in 15 degree/side and 1/32 radius up to 1/8 radius.
