| Hello and welcome to the forum! Looks like you have made some progress. I worry a little about the flexibility of your aluminum bearing ways, as well as the wear they might see, but if you are only doing light cutting or engraving you may be OK for now. What are you using for a drive mechanism for your machine? If you haven't selected one already, I'd highly recommend our Rack and Pinion drive system -- lots of people here have had success with larger machines like yours using R&P. CNCRouterParts Good luck!
