Howdy A new problem cropped up and I can not seem to track it down. I have a limited switch trip warning, which stops the machine, but I can not seem to find the problem. Mach 3 is not showing which switch is tripping and it only seems to trip when the tool is in contact with the material. I have checked all wiring for exposed wires and loose connections. Any suggestions? John |

| If your switches are connected to different inputs, I would disable all but one switch until I found the offending one. Then I'd look for a bad connection in or to that switch. If, like me, you connected all your switches to one input, I'd short across several switches until I found the offending circuit. I'd then short across switches in that circuit until I found the bad one. Actually I did this just recently to discover that I had made a poor connection in one of my cables. Hope that helps. | Another thought. There's a diagnostic screen in Mach3 which shows the status of all your switches. I'm not at my mach computer now so I can't tell you exactly where it is but I think its selected from the last tab on the right. That screen would tell you which switch Mach 3 thinks is tripping. |

| Most likely your getting noise on the switch lines, Try increasing the debounce setting in general config to 2000-5000.
