I have this kit but with single start screws instead of the 5 start -

Complete 2'x3' Router Kit : Fine Line Automation

Here are the plans to the kit -

Has anyone else assembled this? I see how all the bits go together; It's the screws that don't make any sense to me and I feel like an idiot. If anyone has assembled this before or if you have some advice that can help, I would appreciate it.

From the plans I see some of the screws and where they go but not all of them.

There are a number of people building these over in the Open Source CNC Machines Design forum. Nate at Fineline Automation and Ahren at cncrouterparts.com frequent that forum. They are the best to ask questions of.
