Hi all, I am looking to build a DIY CNC and have a mate with a very pricy commercial CNC. Can anyone tell me if there are any open source CAD plans that I just can throw in a CNC and get the major parts out of ? I'm looking to cut wood, printed circuit boards and acrylic/perspex, so I don't need an aluminium body or anything complicated. Also, has anyone tried building one this way before ? Any tips for a beginner ?  |
