cool way to make timing pulleys

buying pulleys can get expensive. I often find myself just short a pulley or two to make a project. So I think I am going to order some mold making supplies so I can cast some spares of sizes I already have, and also might use this method to make some odd sizes. One could also use this method to make pulleys with odd shapes. Which could be handy for those off the wall ideas one may have.
