| Hello, I've got my machine done and I'm cutting some nice projects. However I've been asked to drill 1/16" holes for mounting screws. I'm using a Craftsman 2HP router for my spindle, so what can I use to drill the holes? Haven't been able to figure out how I get a 1/16" drill bit mounted into my router. ![]() any help would be appreciated, KaW |

| Something like this with a 1/16" collet. But I'd cut the shank down as much as possible. http://www.ctctools.biz/servlet/the-...TRAIGHT/Detail

| Cool. I just bought one on your site. I'm very interested in what kind of detail work that I might also be able to do with the small dremel bits. I know I'll have to slow my machine way down, it opens up some very interesting possibilities. Thanks, KaW |
