Flatbet printer for food industry

I love google, it provides many a laugh:

"The USA precise to construct uma impressora to print member state ninepin and produtos you will feed. Alguém knows that type of impressora the USA precise to modify? Impressora Na imagem and uma to remain expensive nonmarket, but and muito. The USA precise to find uma alternative. "

Probably not want you really want but I did some work on a date coder application a long time ago.

Something like this
http://www.parallax.com/dl/docs/prod...tDocs-v1.0.pdf

There was also a book

•Inkjet Applications Circuits with the BASIC Stamp 2 and SX Microcontrollers book by Matt Gilliland

This would give you an idea on how to control the flow of ink / food.

Or you could just buy something like this
