Best Driver/Motor for 2' X 3' Table

I'm building a 2' x 3' table from cncrouterparts.com and need to know if a HobbyCNC PRO driver with 495 oz steppers are a good match for this table. I can also buy a Gecko G540 Driver, but they do cost about $200 more. Which of the two drivers is the best match for the table? I'll be using a 48V 7.3A power supply from Keling.

The G540 doesn't cost as much as you think, when you factor in all the value that comes with it:

Vampire unkillability, Optoisolation, Idle current limiting, 10 micro step to full step morphing, integral logic PSU, included cable connectors, plug and play installation. Plus, there's a spare drive in the G540 that can also be used for a future fourth axis. (Another $70 value) Then there's the Gecko bulletproof guarantee.

It does sometimes cost a little more to get the best, but it's well worth it.

This is what I recommend:

Cool, I think I'll go with the G540. Now should I get the 495 oz or the 425 oz motor for my set up? Also the 495 motor only has 4 wires, will that make a difference?

If you are going to use G540, then you don't want the 495 or the 425. Bigger and slower is NOT better in this case. Get the Keling 381s that are MATCHED to the G540 for top speed.

MOST 4 wire motors are internally wired in parallel, which is best. SOME though are wired SERIES internally which is not so good. The 381s are 4 wire parallel motors. Four wire motors are easier to wire up.

You should look at DMM it's way better than a stepper system
on your machine you could use the 400w package

Here is a machine with this package

Mactec54,
What is the biggest motor from DMM available? Is that 400 watt the biggest one? How much is the price for 4 axis package? Do they have 750 watt or 1000 watt? Thanks.
