books on cnc

I hate to ask such a question, 'cause it seems like one that would be asked all the time, but I can't find much on books here that aren't specific to programming, or say, solidworks. A search of the web in general doesn't turn up much, either, except for Easy CNC A Beginner's Guide to CNC. Can anyone recommend it, or another book for someone just getting started?

General CNC, as in, I just got a CNC machine, now what? I'm not as clueless as that, and understand I'll be using CAD software to create models/vectors that will be used in some intermediary software to generate G code, which I'll then send on to Mach 3 to operate the machine. That's all theory, see. A primer would be good and limit my amount of searching/posting noob questions on this forum.

Those look like programming books.

I'm not aware of any books that cover the entire process from CAD to machined part.

Depending on the software your using (both CAD and CAM), the process can vary greatly. There are also, usually several different ways to go about certain projects.
