I thought about putting this in the Mach3 forum but thought some of you may have had this problem before. The vid explains it, slow zone works on the Z axis perfect but the X and Y slow zones do not work at all. Anyone know what's causing this ? Thanks! BTW: My machine is still a work in progress as you can see ![]() |

Have you got the soft limits button turned on? did you reference the machine prior to attempting to test the soft limits and slow zone? |

Yes, soft limits are on and set. Yes, I referenced home first. The soft limits are working, when the gantry slams to a stop, that's the soft limits. It's not hitting any hard physical stops. It's just that the slow zones on these 2 axis don't seem to work. They work perfect on all axis on my X2 mill, different profile of course. |
