Hey all, So I recently posted a video of my ghetto MDF build. I thought at the time it was good but while making a part I noticed that my Y axis is off. Off enough that I decided to upgrade to a 8020 frame. Here is a picture of just the frame design. Let me know if you guys think it will be good enough. I have zero auto cad skills so I haven't figured out how to add the steppers motors and axis detail. I plan on using all of the bits from my current machine. What do you guys think? Any opinions on frame improvements? Eric Last edited by tskguy; 05-05-2010 at 01:02 PM. |
