Need Help!- wanted dyi plans for heavy 4896

Looking for plans for heavy steel framed 48x96, similar to old cad cut cnc plans or current contact info for IPB who used to sell them. Tired of vibration and want accuracy. Not interested in aluminum, sheet metal, wood, or chain this time. Most new plans to lightweight or small. Thanks shapegenerator

Do you know of any that use square welded tube for the base construction? I have had some problems with bent flanges being square or straight in the past. I am also hoping for a more robust rail system than knife edge wheels. Anybody looked at the grabbercar cnc? Thanks Michael

You can use Square tubes with the Mechmate Design it will just make a few operations a little harder. There is instructions on the website that on state how to straighten the C channels but to be honest the straightness isnt that critical as the design is easily straightened and shimmed with the V rails.

Some have build the table with 80/20 and other have done I beams and I think 1 has done a box design. Just have to search the site.
