AXIS CNC Router or Mill Stepper Motor complete kit

Hi everyone. I'm new to this business. And I need your advice. Do you think this is http://cgi.ebay.com/4-AXIS-CNC-Route...item3cab696315 a good choice or not? And if not, what would you advise for me. I build a 3 axis machin, they dont have 3 axis. That why i look 4 . My budget is around 300 for all electrical parts. Thank you very much.

Exclamation More info needed!

flatis,
In order for others to help you in your electronics selection, more information about your machine is needed.

1) Size/work envelope of your machine
2) weight of Gantry/spindle assembly
2) Linear rails/glides/ you are using
3) Spec's for linear drive: size/pitch of acme/ballscrew, R & P/Timing belt gear reduction
4) Material to be cut/DOC, cutting speeds, rapid speeds

This is some of the additional information needed. The more specific the information, the better the advise.
I can not answer your question.
Others will be able to help, IF you provide more inormation about your machine. Pictures speak a 1000 words!
Good luck with your build.

Randy,

Hello thank you very much for your response and advice. I will try to write everything correctly. And I hope that I will get help.

1) 48"x24"x4"
2) 3.3 pounds
3) Metal corner with bearings
4) Treaded rod 1/2-13 TPI
5)I still do not know. But mostly I will use when building a home cockpit for panels and instruments.

are you sure only 3.3 lbs. that seems too small for a machine that is 48" long. maybe 33 lbs? and that would still be lite.
