Newbie Stepper Motor Questions

Hi..I'm Shaun
In the midst of collecting items for my build.

Obtained some slo syn m062 fd09 6 wire stepper motors from a friend and was wondering if someone could help me with a suitable controller and wiring.

I am a bit confused with the 6 wires from the motor and which one does what??

searching Google for information is the best way to get a lot of your questions
