hi ppl. i plan to make my own spindle, so if someone knows dimension of the spindle collet holder?
outside diameter, inner diameter and depth of the holle in which collet goes. please tell me.

Well, that depends on which type and size of collet you're planning to use. I'm sure there are tens of different types of collets and then each type usually comes in different sizes as well. Like ER8, ER11, ER16, ER20 etc.

Here's a .pdf with dimensions on the ER-collets, if you choose to go that route. I'm sure a little a Google search will bring up similar references for other types of collets.

This is exactly what I was looking for, i will use ER16 cullet,for it i will make a slot in my spindle.
