Upon measuring it seems to have cut the pockets 1/16" to small all the way around. hmm
I'm using vectric aspire and a pocket operation to do rabbet joints. I've done a bunch of these on MDF and they came out good but I'm doing plywood now and all of a sudden I've got a .03" lip left between the pocket edge and the profile cut. Definitely not a machine issue, my bit seems fine, kind of clueless why this lip is being left here. Any ideas?

What kind of machine is this? Are you climb cutting, or conventional cutting?

I can't really tell what the issue is by looking at the pictures.
If ther's any deflection in your machine, climb cutting can cut smaller than intended.
