Power off the machine and manually turn one of the motors until it's back in alignment.
Hello. My machine over traveled and now my motors are out of sync in the Y direction and binding? Seems that way at least. This is causing the gantry to rack. How do I get things back to square? My machine is a small build that I bought from someone else and I'm very new to CNC, so any help is great. Thanks!

Hi Gerry. thanks for the reply. I have powered off he machine and manually done that rotation. After I've done that, I've sent it home and it homes correctly everywhere except for the left motor on the Y axis. They all back off properly on their homing switches, the left Y axis backs off about 3/32 past the homing switch. To be clear, when I say it over traveled, it crashed into the end of the machine. Since then I've had this homing problem and if I send it to the opposite end, my part zero, that side gets to about an inch from zero and stops or seizes or binds or something and the other side travels to zero.
