    How to prevent of twisting spindle's power wire around theta axis shaft in 5axis CNC router?

    Then another question, for using these slip rings should a hole be drilled through center of the shaft?is there any other way?

    The rotary joint has to be on the axis centerline, but the wiring would not have to go through the center of the shaft. The wiring could be routed around the outside of the head depending what the system looks like.

    If the theta axis does not rotate more than 360° then no slip ring joint would really be required. You would only need enough slack in the cable to make the move.
