DIY 8 Head CNC Router Wood Engraving

Hi everyone,

I have designed & built this machine in late of 2014 on customer order. that was my first experience on multi-head and rotary axis, so then I have faced with many problems which I handled in the end but that cost almost 4 months! which I didn't expect at all...
I would like to share a few photo as well as video.

machine description:

Axises travel: X400 Y800 Z160mm A0-360 degree
spindles power: Arel 3.5 KW 18000 Rpm ER 16
servo motors: Delta 1KW on Y axis 750w on X & Z axis 750W+ gearbox on A axis
linear guide: ABBA
ballscrew: TBI
controller: ADTECH
