i think this is going to be my logo engraving on neck plates. 6061 aluminum, 6ipm feed, 3ipm plunge, .01 depth of cut, .0025 step down, 1/8" 30 degree vbit. I'm proud that my big, by my standards, machine can do such detail work.

    Any meaning behind it?

Looks good to me, simple and uncluttered = easy to recognize.

Nice... and yes, even on my router table, with 8-start (1TPI) leadscrews, I was still able to resolve very fine detail that I thought would be lost with the rather coarse pitch screws, but it's a testament to how well the system works as a whole.

Well...yes and no. I mainly just like the design, but it's like this...I love my wife more than the sun, moon and stars.

I agree. Overall, I'm finding that the machine is doing exactly what I wanted it to do.
