    Default Circle cutting issues

Here is my deal. When I try to cut out circles my machine has started cutting small steps in the circle. What I mean is that as it is cutting the pocket when it gets to a certain point it takes a .15 to .25 step out on every pass. I'm using G code that I've got saved and have used before without issue.

I've tried different tuning parameters. Is this an issue with missing steps? It takes the same small step in or out at the same spot whether I'm cutting outside or inside. One thing I did notice on a sign I did is that it did fine the first cut. I then sped the tuning up some to do a finish cut and I ran into some slight oval cuts which I assumed had to do with the speed and some rigidity issues I'm still having. It was after this that I started having the issue with the steps being cut into my circles on separate projects.

The machine is making movements similar to what it is supposed to do when it finishes cutting a complete circle and steps out to start the next cut of the circle. Problem is that it hasn't reached the point where it is supposed to make that movement.

    Thanks
