I just downloaded the trial and I will give you some feedback as soon as I try it out.

The demo can not output g-code at all. All the toolpath code has been removed from it.

I can generate the g-code for you to test. Save the project, and email it to me at support@g-forcecnc.com
Let me know which axis (X or Y) and the machine width settings from the configuration screen.

I got some new bits to play with. I used a 3/16" upcut for the pins, and a 7/16 8° for the tails. Came out absolutely perfect.

Nice! With results like that I may have to accelerate my router build.

Default Moving on to box joints

Now that I have dovetails fully functional and mostly bug free, I can start moving on to other joints.
First up, will be box joints. Have most of the interface and math figured out, and will be able to start on tool paths next week maybe.

I know a few of you have had issues with the JointCAM interface, due to the use of large font settings in Windows.
I've uploaded a new test version that now scales all of the controls to the window size, allowing you to make the window bigger to fit everything. I've only changed the Config and round box joint sections, but I'd appreciate any feedback on it.
I'll be moving forward on redesigning the entire interface. The scaling issue will only become more common as more people move to higher resolution displays, which often require larger font sizes to make text legible.

First test cuts of another type of box joint. Should have a new version out in a week or so.

    Looks great.

Looks like you could do a hidden version fairly easily?

Not sure what you mean, or why you'd want it to be hidden?

I think he meant half blind or full blind.
I look the look of all the way through.

Actually, it is half blind. Same as a half blind dovetail.

    Sorry, meant full blind.

I like the look of the joints too, but occasional projects call for hidden joints.
