I do like the look of traditional (IV) Roman numerals on clocks, the same way I much prefer an analog watch face over a digital watch face anyday. Unless of course it's a particulary nice Nixie watch!
cheers,
Ian

The problem I have with engineers is that they will take something as simple as a dot on a piece of paper and turn it into many gigabytes of data about that seemingly innocuous little dot, when no one else cares about it. :D
Good find Paul,

We chemists are even worse ... we take things so small you can't even see them, convince others to care, and THEN create gigabytes of descriptions ...

Hopefully, you get paid better for it than I did.

Ha! Very cute!
First painted piece. I still need to clean up some parts of it and do a second coat.
Random stuff I been doing. A friend wanted something with a moose and the Vectric Paradise Box.
great work, it looks like the machine is working good.
Did another Vectric Paradise Box.
Mini Pbox for a friend.

I am sure it will be put to good use!
ROAR!
That's some production line you've got going there!
Do you use any hand rubbed finishes on your wood work? One I use for decorative things like the Paradise box is Cabots Danish Oil (mix of polyurethane and linseed oils), it gives a lustre that's unbelievable!
cheers,
Ian
I mainly use General Finishes Gel stain and Shellac. I think I am going to try some new stuff though soon.
I like that Lion design. Looks good. Is it becoming fun yet? :)

It is fun most of the time, can be a giant PITA though too as I am sure you know.
Lion DXF attached.
Loons!
Just like so many of us you had to upgrade as you go... Nice work! On your machine and the items your producing.
