    digitization request

    i was wondering if anyone here with digitization equipment would be willing to help me out.. im trying to get a les paul carved top factory perfect, and its difficult to do with limited online data, and digitization of a gibson les paul model would be so much appreciated

    How big is it? Are you willing to send it to Connecticut? You can come too and see all the other fun machines.

    i dont have one of my own.. if i did i probably wouldnt need the data to build one.. but a few other guys from the instrument forum of cnc zone are working together to build a database of 3D guitar designs, and a les paul carved top woudl be so difficult

    guitar digitizing

    I have seen a few Les Pauls go by on the Antiques Roadshow. If you can arrange for the originals to be available for scanning, I'm fairly sure I can get the use of the measuring machine. Do other musical instruments need to be scanned? Maybe we can get some more measuring enthusiasts onboard.

    any gibson les paul should be fine.. as long as it has a proper carved top on it
