using a CNC / Mach software for digitizing? other ideas?

I have an IH mill. We do not have closed loop servos. Can anyone advise if I can use it to digitize a guitar? Clients guitar looks pretty tough to model without a point cloud, its highly organic.

I am severely limited right now money wise.

Any ideas how I can scan this thing please let me know!!! thanks R.
