Does anyone know how i can compensate for probe radius? I have a 6mm ball. If i digitize a 30mm dia tube. The point cloud will be wider on the sides than on the top. The probe is basically a switch and theres no way of telling if it touches on the side of ball or bottom of ball. The probe is renishaw omp40 on haas milling machine. |
