| If you need to hold that part down at an angle, my recomendation is to create a curve by doing an offset (normal to the thin surface or edge, if you have that capability), and creating an engraving toolpath to make the cut. With rhinocam, I can select "on condition", and the toolpath follows the line with all three axis. I would build a tablesaw jig, though, if the material is appropriate. |

I was really p*ssed, I must have spent about 4+ hours working out how I was going to do things. The same company also want me to do some CAD drawing work for them, it will definitely have some extra hours tacked onto that job...... Thanks for everyones input, it will help me a lot for future jobs Andy |
